The addition of Bluetooth to the Xbox Elite Series 2 connects the controller with a large number of devices. A feature that was missing from the previous model. Microsoft has also built in a rechargeable battery. An option long demanded by players. The previous model was battery-powered (it was possible to install its own battery). The manufacturer has made several adjustments to the Xbox Elite Series 2:
- Adjustable voltage analog sticks
- Shorter relaxation wick
- Enveloping rubbery handle
- Redesigned components
- Profile selection LED
- New interchangeable shapes of analog sticks and pallets
Like all other Xbox wireless controllers, the Xbox Elite Series 2 is compatible with almost all devices running Windows 10, and with all Xbox One consoles, of course. In addition, and this is a nice surprise, Microsoft confirms that the controller will also be compatible with the Xbox Project Scarlett, the future console of the manufacturer, whose release is expected at the end of 2020.
