Mark Zuckerberg says no to closed platforms

by Jerry

“If I begin to discuss closed platforms I get angry,” he said.

It also eliminate any flavor of formalism that was present by Mark Zuckerberg revealing escape from language.
Since the time he has been at the head of the company, which is now known as Meta, Mark Zuckerberg has changed quite a lot. But a more raw version of himself has come out, at least, based on this real-time interview with NVIDIA chief Jensen Huang.

A conversation under the sign of the AI’s victory
The conversation started more or less polite, and two gentlemen, each being quite rich, started with complimenting each other on their superiority in the domain of artificial intelligence. Zuckerberg wanted to actively, even aggressively emphasize the recent announcement of his company’s AI Studio. However, a recurring topic came into play: Apple knows the impacts of advertising and the forcefulness of the latest ever sharper critique.

Zuckerberg’s weariness with Apple
Zuckerberg, then went on an attack on companies with “closed” platforms like Apple’s application store. This is not all that surprising since the Meta founder has been in a longstanding war with Apple. This is perhaps the time Zuckerberg, who is normally shy especially when in public gatherings, revealed how much he can be frustrated. When informed by Huang that his answer was “no”, he said to Huang something to the effect that ‘fuck that’.

The impulse about wanting to dictate one’s own environment
Selfishly, Zuckerberg has announced his plans for the next 10 to 15 years stressing that he would like to provide with [them] the foundations for the next social experiment. He functioned as the aggrieved party stating that he has too often been stifled in his endeavors by ‘the platform provider’ as he said ‘no, fuck that’. His apartment finally ended with the words, ‘Sorry,’ he said because he got angry at the thought of introducing the idea of a closed platform.
