The prices applied to the Galaxy Note 20 series are expected to be much the same as those of its predecessors, the Galaxy Note 10, according to South Korean news agency Yonhap.
Rumors and other corridor noises continue to grow around the upcoming Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. On July 10, the Naver website predicted a lower-than-expected release price for the Galaxy Note 20, in part because of the economic impact of the pandemic on the average budget of customers and prospects. New rumor today, since according to Yonhap, a South Korean news agency, the price of Galaxy Note 20 should more or less be aligned with the price of the Galaxy Note 10 when they are released.
Samsung plans to sell its Note 20 at the same price as the Note 10
According to the news agency, the basic model of the Galaxy Note 20 is likely to be offered for 1.199 million won, which today represents about 860 euros. This price is of course only a conversion of the won to the euro and does not include any possible tax. For comparison, the basic model of the Galaxy Note 10 was offered in France from 959 euros when it was released.
Could this price be explained by the fact that Samsung is about to ignore several highly anticipated features, such as the 120 Hz screen or the 108-megapixel photo sensor? In this case, Samsung would instead rely on a 60 Hz slab as well as a triple photo sensor consisting of two 12Mp wide-angle, ultra wide-angle lenses and a 64MP 3x optical zoom telephoto lens. It would also be equipped with an S-Pen stylus offering a latency of 26 ms (compared to 9 ms for the Apple Pencil) and a SoC Exynos 990.
As for the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, the high-end model of this future series, the latter would cost according to the news agency 1.452 million won, so t1045 about. Even if the source does not provide any information on the storage space corresponding to this price, one can imagine that it will be the 256GB model. Indeed, and for comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 in 256GB was sold for 1109 euros at its release.
