The Galaxy S21, a direct successor to the Galaxy S20, could be equipped with an S-Pen, the manufacturer's famous connected pen usually reserved for the Galaxy Note lineup. In any case, this is what a report published by a partner of the company and relayed by our colleagues of the site SamMobile suggests.

The Galaxy S21 is not official yet, and yet rumors and indiscreet leaks about it abound on the web. On Monday, August 24, 2020, our colleagues from the SamMobile website relayed a report from a Samsung industrial partner. Thanks to this document, we learn that Samsung would consider equipping its future smartphone with the S-Pen, the famous connected pen normally reserved for the Galaxy Note range.
This unprecedented integration would be directly linked to Samsung's desire to abandon the Galaxy Note range in favour of the Galaxy S and Galaxy Z Fold, the brand's foldable smartphones. As SamMobile points out, Samsung would like to focus its efforts on the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and the Galaxy Z Fold 3, probably scheduled for the second half of 2021.
To avoid losing the fans of the Galaxy Note, the manufacturer could equip the Galaxy S21, but also the Galaxy Z Fold 3 with the S-Pen. It must be said that the interest of this accessory, especially with a foldable smartphone, is ideal. Once the device is unfolded, the S-Pen could have all its use to take notes, navigate, draw, etc.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra S-Pen
In addition and according to the report, the Galaxy S21 is under development under the code name"Unbound". Three models would be in the works, and unless the name changes, it would be the Galaxy S21, S21 and S21 Ultra. The document also specifies that the S-Pen would be reserved for the Galaxy S21 Ultra, the most expensive model in the range.
For now, the Galaxy S21 remains mysterious, even though it is already the subject of many leaks. Lately, we learned that the Galaxy S21 will be equipped with a 4800 mAh battery. That's 300 mAh more than the Galaxy S20. Amid other rumors, the renowned Ice Universe leaker recently claimed on Twitter that the Galaxy S21 would be equipped with a 108MP sensor, identical to that of the Galaxy S20 Ultra and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
