Huawei has just launched the Huawei Card, a credit card very similar to the Apple Card. Only available in China, the bank card can recover a cashback with each purchase. Here's the first information.
Huawei took advantage of the presentation of the Huawei P40 and P40 Pro in China to unveil the Huawei Card, a banking credit both physical and digital. At the same event, the Chinese firm presented its first connected TV with OLED screen, the Vision X65.
A cashback credit card in partnership with Union Pay
Huawei was stingy in its credit card information during the event. Among the few information slipped by Richard Yu on stage, we learn that the bank card will be fully integrated into the Huawei Pay app, which is part of the HMS developed by the group, in the way the Apple Card is stored in Apple Pay.
The brand ensures that all users' banking data is stored locally. No data is transmitted on remote servers. Unsurprisingly, the Huawei Card allows you to receive cashback on each purchase made with the card. The brand does not specify the amount of this cash back.
