The LG V20 was announced yesterday. A high-end device with ambitious technical features and one of the few to offer both a metal design and a removable battery.
Like its predecessor, the LG V20 has two screens. A first 5.7-inch slab and quad HD definition and a 2.1-inch secondary screen that will display some strategic information and will be used by some of the phone's features to provide better user comfort.
As had already been pointed out, the LG V20 says goodbye to modules that have not been a great success on the G5, on the other hand, it still offers a removable battery. Note that the phone's battery has a capacity of 3200 mAh. In addition, it is compatible with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging.
For the photo part, there is always a double sensor of 16 – 8 megapixels. As we saw in our test, the LG G5 is an impressive photophone and it will probably be the same for this V20. On the front, a 5-megapixel, f/1.9 aperture photo sensor will support your selfies. For the audio part, we will find a DAC 32 Bit certified by Bang-Olufsen that will offer a high quality sound. A DAC directly integrated into the phone without the need to buy an additional module.
Note that the LG V20 is also the very first smartphone to arrive on Android 7.0 Nougat since the Google Pixel and Pixel XL will only arrive next month. Its release date in the USA is scheduled for September 23 at a price of $649. At present, it is not yet known if it will be released in France.
