In the last few hours, many Twitter users have been facing several problems. In fact, it seems that access to the social network is interrupted for many Internet users, who therefore have difficulty accessing certain profiles, or even viewing publications. A problem present since the beginning of this afternoon in France, but not only, since these access restrictions seem to be present in other countries as well.
On the DownDetector site, where people can report problems with websites, you can see that thousands of people have reported current difficulties. By 17:00 more than 7000 reports had been recorded. Among the error messages that users have faced is the classic “an error has occurred”, resulting in a slowdown in the loading time of the page. But users also received other messages, such as “unable to retrieve tweets at the moment” or “speed limit exceeded”.
A problem that inevitably arouses strong reactions from users, and that is why we can see that it is one of the trends of the moment on the social network. The main trend is the hashtag #TwitterDown, but also “Wsh Twitter” or “Twitter Corn”.
