The OnePlus Nord 2 has won a special themed version of Pac-Man which, in addition to having a look inspired by the iconic character of video games, features a glowing carcass in the dark. In the technical specifications, the device has the same components as the original model released in July this year, such as 12 GB of RAM and MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor.
The great differential of Pac-Man’s OnePlus Nord 2 is the look with elements of the arcade game — very popular in the 1980s and 1990s. On the back, the device displays a silver glass-plated housing, emblazoned with a very discreet maze and a Pac-Man art just below the main camera set.
The latoals are built in reflective material, and the alert button is decorated in a beautiful shade of blue to stand out from the rest of the smartphone. There is also the OnePlus icon on the bottom back of the device to complete the design.
Even with all these different visuals, the true glow of Pac-Man’s OnePlus Nord 2 appears in the dark, thanks to the phone’s luminescent housing. When the lights are off, the ball maze on the back lights up in a neon green color and you can see the OnePlus logo and the word “NORD” written in the middle of the art.
On the hardware part, the smartphone has the same components as the original OnePlus Nord 2. It’s 12 GB of RAM, MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor, 6.43-inch AMOLED and 90 Hz display, 256 GB internal storage and 4,500 mAh battery to hold all day.
The Pac-Man edition of OnePlus Nord 2 will be sold from Tuesday (16) for € 529 (about R $ 3,3 thousand) in Europe, India and the United Kingdom. For now, we do not know if this device will even arrive in Brazil for some official price in reais. Until then, you can only admire the beauty of the phone.
